Perishable goods cannot be returned or refunded.  All sales of perishable products are final.


Refunds are only issued for services that have been canceled within 14 days of the date the order was received.  We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will see that credit on your card in accordance with your bank policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We cannot replace items that have been damaged in transit or by faulty handling of any person. If an item is damaged, please send pictures of the item, the box, and any close-up damage visible to the product.  Submit these images to Mrs. Edwards Bakery for review for a partial refund.  The refund will be reviewed in accordance with our refund policy above.  Because of the cost of ingredients to make the item,  full refunds will not be granted.
